SHIPPING
The supplier reserves 24 working hours to process orders and, in any case, orders will be dealt with from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm. Spanish time zone. The customer will have the tracking number of each order at the time of shipment. The package will be delivered to the address indicated in the box in the corresponding field. In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, a note will be left for the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the collection of the order. Niche Perfumes assumes no responsibility for failure to collect the goods. Customs formalities
UK DELIVERY: from January 1st 2021 all orders to the UK must go through customs declarations. This may lead to additional costs which have to be paid upon delivery.
The order may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes, Niche Perfumes is not responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination countries. The Client will be responsible for the payment of said import duties and taxes. Niche Perfumes has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount, the customer is obliged by local laws to obtain a special authorization to import.
