RETURN POLICY AND CANCELATION
Product Orders
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement. The returned items must be in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap). Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to get return authorisation and approval, please email shop@nicheperfumes.net within 14 days after receiving the order.
Cancellation
The customer can cancel his order and receive the money back in full as long as the product is not shipped. otherwise if the order has been shipped the customer must return the product and the amount of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Samples order
Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
All international returns are at the customer’s expense. Purchaser must send a copy of the transport company charges. Once the product has been received, shipping costs will be credited to the customer. On accepting the delivery, the Purchaser must verify that the package is intact, undamaged and without any sign of tampering. If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty, please report it within 2 (two) days of the delivery, by contacting the Customer care email address: shop@nicheperfumes.net A complaint will be filed for damages, theft or other malpractice, in order to ascertain the courier’s liabilities and verify the presence and entity of damages incurred during the delivery. Such damages should also be documented by a digital image attached to the email sent to the above-mentioned Customer care email address. The returned item will be carefully examined in order to determine, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you. Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Care. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
Return
Return is not implied if the product is not returned intact (both in packaging and in its content), that is, if the supplier certifies: – The absence of external or internal packaging; – The absence of integral parts of the merchandise; – The absence of the label attached to the product; – Any damage caused to the product. Most products can be returned to obtain a refund up to 14 days after the article has been received. Shipping costs must be paid by the client. To receive a complete reimbursement, the article must be without using, without opening and in its original packaging and without damage (including the unopened cellophane wrapping, if applicable) ..
Step 1: Contact the email shop@nicheperfume.net to communicate that you want to return your order.
Step 2: Pack your order under the same conditions as you received. We will send a messenger to your home to collect said order. Important: Collection option is valid only in Penisular Spain You must assume the direct cost of return of the goods.
Step 3: Once the merchandise has been received in our stores, and after verifying the status of the same, it will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount in the terms established in the RDL 1/2007, in accordance with the payment modality made by the client, Except for cash, which will be reinstated by bank transfer. Orders outside of the European Union
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union.
Purchaser will not be entitled to the right to withdraw in all the following cases:
– in the supply of tailor-made and customized goods;
– in the supply of goods that by their nature cannot be returned without the risk of accelerated deterioration or perishability. The right to withdraw is not applicable to natural persons or legal entities acting for commercial purposes or for purposes related, directly or indirectly, to their business activities.
In order to exercise the right to withdraw, the Purchaser will be requested to inform the Supplier within 14 days after receiving the order.
